Covers your Legal Liability arising from breach of professional duty by reason of any negligent act, error or omission, committed or alleged to have been committed by:

1. the Insured;
2. the professionally qualified staff in the Insured’s direct employ engaged in a professional capacity;
3. persons engaged in work under the direct supervision or control of the Insured or the Insured’s professionally qualified staff.
