This policy is designed where total assets sums insured exceed $2 million and a  broadform property policy where cover is only restricted by the property and perils exclusions in the policy. However, limits and sub limits of liability are imposed by insurers. The policy can incorporate business interruption and additional costs of working consequent upon a valid property damage claim.
